And i'm with everyone on being pleasantly surprised, shame the end cuts a bit premeturely though, so using it in a mix might be a bit annoying... nothing to taxing..just i have a habit of letting things run instead of killing them off...

I think out of your really early stuff this could do with a remake....

Your talent demands it even ;) lol

I like the melody in this, and it could be done with so much more feeling and better arranging/mastering/sampling etc now than when you first submitted it...

Seriously though, i like it... the main melody is still good even compared to the second one...i think the second one could have done with this pattern in there somewhere.

I like it, way better than anything i used to make.... which i've now lost ... just take my word for it, this is 50 times better than my old stuff...

(Number 2 is the shit tho, pretty much spot on :D)

Nothing wrong with it, but Zani is right, it's not DnB....

This has a solid baseline, the bass is weak but that's all that's wrong with it. Spend a bit more time listening to the track in this section and you'll get more a feel for it... If you fix the genre for this to House or Dance you'd be in the right genre :D

This is promising work though matey, keep it up :D

That your reviews have been so harsh.

Yes, it could do with a bit more mastering, and the pluck could do with a bit more variation (repetitive is expected, but this just feels like it...you could just try playing with that for a bit) in places... especially on those last notes, just needs a shift down in octave at the end of the phrase and your laughin....i like it. Yes a full quality one would sound better.... but i think this is bloody good.

Level everything out a bit more and your onto something good here...

The main beat and build up is really quite good, get's you ready for what's coming up and when it does break it has the right feel to it..

My advice, put some more time in to the mastering of this, maybe balance out some of the samples, the small quiet section at around 2:30... needs something going on there... but when it comes back in at 3:40 it's immense!! steppin up again around 4:08 takes this song to the end on a massive high, plenty of time for a solid mix to be done if played live..

Like i say, i liked it, get a 4/9 from me.... keep it up... i want to hear a better version of this ya hear ;)

See what you can do for making your next batch like this a bit grander, then i think your on track for an awesoem album of stuff, showing good progression.... seriously, this is career forming stuff..

9/10 from me again matey - just a bit of extra work on making it sounds larger, and play with the mastering a bit more ;)

i was.....

Kinda hoping it would go somewhere else, bit more frantic and higher pitched samples etc... there doesn't appear ot be a crescendo of any type...

Now this doesnt make it a bad song mind... this stuff is selling bucket loads at the moment, and in the hands of a skilled DJ this could fit into almost any House set in the world more than ahppily, competing with the best..
